Over the last couple of weeks I seemed to have figured out a very nice formula for winning player props based on a few driving factors that include “Ball Hog Propensity” and “Orphaned All-Star Syndrome”. Just take one look at the featured picture in this article and you will begin to figure out exactly what I mean.
The Latest Wins Using “Ball Hog” Player Method
Here’s just a few from the last week, this is not meant to brag, or to bring shame upon my family…but to just show you a few winning tickets and what the anatomy of a “Ball Hog” bet might look like. Keep reading for my methods later explained.
The Theory
There are lot of teams in the league that just have one superstar and a bunch of “B” players around them. These “Orphaned All-Stars” are expected to do great things each game, they tend to bring the only interest in the team, and they get high minutes and usually a very steady stream of baskets. I’m not saying everyone in the bets listed above have nothing but “B” players around them, but for the most part, the guys we are looking to add to our player props will fall under this category. We have exceptions of course to help meet the needs of our bets.
Here’s a quick list to keep on your phone to consider on your daily NBA props. This is not a complete list, I just had this idea to write and formally do the documentation, so you will see updates to this graphic soon. For now, this is a good one:
